We are currently recruiting for a?HR ADMINISTRATOR?based in
our?NATIONAL OFFICE?in?DUN LAOGHAIRE!

Acquired Brain Injury Ireland provides community-based residential
rehabilitation services for people living with a brain injury in
Ireland. Our mission is to serve, advocate, empower and support people
impacted by brain injury to rebuild their lives.
The?HR ADMINISTRATOR?will work as a key member of the HR team in the
efficient and effective day to day running of the HR Department. This
will include the management of dataflows into and out of the HR
office, provision of administrative support to a busy HR Department,
and the provision of a high quality, responsive service to both staff
and managerial HR queries. This role will also support and contribute
to promoting, embedding and monitoring risk and data protection
practice, processes and compliance across the Organisation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Relevant HR qualification
* Member of CIPD
EXPERIENCE:
* Relevant HR experience & strong HR systems experience
* Demonstrable success at ensuring HR compliance through HR systems
and record keeping
* Demonstrable success at ensuring a high level of accuracy and
attention to detail in carrying out work responsibilities
* Good working knowledge of employment legislation
* Microsoft office proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook
DESIRABLE:
* Previous experience of working in the Sector with a familiarity of
regulation is desirable
* Data protection or GDPR relevant experience
